Either works, and the rate is the same. The pool and cabanas slot (5-7pm) gives more room to breathe, a 90 to 120 minute session with time to spare, which tends to make for a bigger, looser, more memorable session. The conference room slot (3:40-4:40pm) is the tighter, straight-to-business hour if that fits the day better.
